  • What are the rental requirements?
    To rent an RV from us, you must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. We may also require a security deposit and a signed rental agreement.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can easily make a reservation through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button on your desired RV info page. Alternatively, you can give us a call or visit our RVShare or Outdoorsy listing for immediate bookings. We require a deposit at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
  • How does the delivery fee work?
    Our delivery fee is based on the mileage to the delivery location. We strive to provide transparent pricing and ensure that you receive an accurate quote for the delivery. The fee will be calculated based on the distance from our location to your specified delivery address. When booking through our partner platforms you can calculate delivery fees when booking otherwise, please reach out to our team to obtain a personalized quote for your specific delivery location.
  • Can I tow the trailer myself?
    To ensure the best customer experience and guarantee the safe delivery of our trailers, we currently handle all delivery logistics ourselves. Our dedicated delivery team will transport the trailer to your desired location, allowing you to enjoy a hassle-free rental experience. We take care of the transportation details, so you can focus on enjoying your trip.
  • Are there any plans to offer self-towable RVs in the future?
    Yes! We understand that many of our customers are interested in towing RVs with their own vehicles. We have plans to expand our fleet to include towable RVs in the near future. This will provide you with more options and flexibility for your travel needs. Keep an eye on our website or contact our team for updates on when towable RVs will be available.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Yes, we understand that pets are part of the family. We offer pet-friendly RVs, but please note that additional fees and certain restrictions may apply. Contact us for more information and to discuss your specific pet requirements.
  • What happens if there is a mechanical issue or breakdown during the rental?
    In the event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, we have a dedicated support team ready to assist you. Simply contact our 24/7 roadside assistance hotline, and we will dispatch help to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We also provide instructions on troubleshooting common issues in our rental packet.
